1 day of my 30 day Challenge to manifest

Everyday for 30 days I will do:

  1. holosync meditation to enter alfa state …u can read about it here
  2. calendar meditation to raise my light body frequency by Norbert Zdzislaw Marszalek
  3. listen self hypnosis tracks by Glenn Harrold availble on Audible
  4. visualize my vision board with 9 goals that I need to manifest in this year
  5. take Bikram yoga class at home …no heating I know but where I am there is no Bikram
  6. take my vitamins
  7. read a book or listen to audiobook for 2 hours
  8. no bread eating :(((((
  9. use Jacobs and Schultz relaxation method
