About Chakras

“Chakra is a concept referring to wheel-like vortices which, according to traditional Indian medicine, are believed to exist in the surface of the subtle body of living beings.[2] The Chakras are said to be “force centers” or whorls of energy permeating, from a point on the physical body, the layers of the subtle bodies in an ever-increasing fan-shaped formation. Rotating vortices of subtle matter, they are considered the focal points for the reception and transmission of energies.[3]” From Wiki.

Each of the seven main chakras has one or more areas of the body that it governs along with a color association.  There are also common chakra characteristics when a chakra is too open, blocked or balanced.  Please check out the chart that I have listed below:

1 – Root Chakra:  Spinal column, adrenals, and kidneys

Color Association: Red

Too Open (chakra spins too fast)-bullying, overly materialistic, self-centered, engages in physical foolhardiness

Blocked (chakra spins sluggishly or not at all)-emotionally needy, low self-esteem, self-destructive behavior, fearful

Balanced (chakra maintains equilibrium and spins at correct vibration speed)-demonstrates self-mastery, high physical energy, grounded healthy

 

2 – Sacral Chakra:  Reproductive system and gonads

Color association: Orange

Too Open (chakra spins too fast)-emotionally unbalanced, a fantasist, manipulative, sexually addictive

Blocked (chakra spins sluggishly or not at all)-over-sensitive, hard on self, feels guilty for no reason, frigid or impotent

Balanced (chakra maintains equilibrium and spins at correct vibration speed)-trusting, expressive, attuned to own feelings, creative

 

3 – Solar Plexus Chakra:  Stomach, liver, gall bladder, nervous system, and pancreas

Color association: Yellow

Too Open (chakra spins too fast)-angry, controlling, workaholic, judgmental and superior

Blocked (chakra spins sluggishly or not at all)-overly concerned with what others think, fearful of being alone, insecure, needs constant reassurance

Balanced (chakra maintains equilibrium and spins at correct vibration speed)-respects self and others, has personal power, spontaneous, uninhibited

 

4 – Heart Chakra:  Heart, blood, circulatory system and thymus gland

Color association: Green/Pink

Too Open (chakra spins too fast)-possessive, loves conditionally, withholds emotionally “to punish”, overly dramatic

Blocked (chakra spins sluggishly or not at all)-fears rejection, loves too much, feels unworthy to receive love, self-pitying

Balanced (chakra maintains equilibrium and spins at correct vibration speed)-compassionate, loves unconditionally, nurturing, desires spiritual experience in lovemaking

 

5 – Throat Chakra:  Bronchial and vocal apparatus, lungs, alimentary canal and thyroid gland

Color association: Sky Blue

Too Open (chakra spins too fast)-over-talkative, dogmatic, self-righteous, arrogant

Blocked (chakra spins sluggishly or not at all)-holds back from self-expression, unreliable, holds inconsistent views

Balanced (chakra maintains equilibrium and spins at correct vibration speed)-good communicator, contented, finds it easy to meditate, artistically inspired

 

6 – Third Eye Chakra:  Lower brain, left eye, ears, nose, nervous system and pituitary gland

Color association: Indigo (deep dark purplish blue)

Too Open (chakra spins too fast)-highly logical, dogmatic, authoritarian, arrogant

Blocked (chakra spins sluggishly or not at all)-undisciplined, fears success, tendency toward schizophrenia, sets sights too low

Balanced (chakra maintains equilibrium and spins at correct vibration speed)-charismatic, highly intuitive, not attached to material things, may experience unusual phenomena

 

7 – Crown Chakra:  Upper brain, right eye and pineal gland

Color association: Violet/Gold/White

Too Open (chakra spins too fast)-psychotic or manic depressive, confused sexual expression, frustrated, sense of unrealized power

Blocked (chakra spins sluggishly or not at all)-constantly exhausted, can’t make decisions, no sense of “belonging”

I’m uploading my 3rd video and this time it’s my first time recording myself in public…

And By the way at this point only few people know about this project …i’m not sharing it with anybody yet … I want it to take its own course and share it after my challenge is done.

Interesting as you will see in this video…funny thing happens … as my Ipad lands in my food during the recording hehehe

 

Important Correction to my Challenge: I created Excel file where I assign 1 to every task that I accomplished given day and 0 to a task I failed to do …

at the end of my 30 day challenge I need to do all of the tasks so its like in Bikram 30 day challenge …doing things doubles or triples hehe

  2. calendar meditation to raise my light body frequency by Norbert Zdzislaw Marszalek
  3. listen self hypnosis tracks by Glenn Harrold availble on Audible
  4. visualize my vision board with 9 goals that I need to manifest in this year
  5. take Bikram yoga class at home …no heating I know but where I am there is no Bikram
  6. take my vitamins
  7. read a book or listen to audiobook for 2 hours
  8. no bread eating :(((((
  9. use Jacobs and Schultz relaxation method

30 day challenge to manifest balanced Body-Mind-Spirit connection.

Are you tired of repeating yourself, not learning from same lessons over and over again?

… well I am!

I AM TIRED of being in the same place, repeating my old patterns, knowing what to do but not doing it, procrastinating, sabotaging myself, being wise for others but not for myself. Actually Im not tired … I am PISSED!

I watched all the movies…“the Secret”“Whats the bleep you know”“Message in the bottle” M. Emoto

listened to Tony Robbins, Wayne Dyer, Oprah, Deepak Chopra etc for inspirations to be better and happier…

Nothing worked or it did…?

Well it did take me to this moment at this specific time to decide. It’s time to connect to myself, find my true nature and balance within me. Finally I want to find myself in the middle! not jumping from one extreme to another …as much exiting that was and as much as adrenaline junky I have been:)))

CAN YOU RELATE? I’ve bet you can…

For my whole life I was sure that I was special… better … yes I admit I thought that I was better than others… that my story is different therefore nobody understands me. My invisible wall grew … my relationships were just hitting the surface… There was always disappointment in the air followed by betrayal.

TODAY

I understand Im no better then nobody, that my story is similar to many of you who struggle to be real and happy in this life. My wall is falling finally and I am ready to share myself here and to connect with all of you whoever you are:)))

“If you find that you consistently under-estimate how long something takes to do time yourself doing it once or twice.”

So lets do this experiment I plan to start from 30 day challenge starting from 11.11.11 to make it more symbolical as well.

Everyday for 30 days I will do listed below activities:

+ read the calendar aprox. 15 min. of my daily time(will talk about this invention letter, reading of the calendar is rising my light body frequency)

+ meditate with Holosync for 1 hour (ask me what it is)

+ listen to self esteem booster track by

+ do a bikram class even if it at home … which it will be since where I am there is no bikram studio…

+ read a book for 2 hours

+ look and imagine my vision board which is already ready with 9 goals in it aprox. 15min

+ no meat, sugar, soda …as for a diet involved

+ record daily my progress on the video and post it here with you
